Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and maintain quality. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
UK Mainland:
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Tracked Delivery: 3-5 business days
International Shipping:
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product type and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier services.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £60.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
